Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
They're pretty much the same thing. In my eyes I would take flexibility because it encompasses expandability-in other words if you are flexible you are effectively, if not actually, expandable- you can adapt to new situations with your previous skill set or learn new skills as they are required.
