Introduction	My life has taken different twists and turns. This country girl now lives in "town" with her two trusty Border Collies. On my parents farm live a horse and four sheep. I'm blessed to be close to my parents who provide the space for my animal family to live. My animal love affair is one that's longstanding. Having been raised on a farm there were always animals around. I've always had cats, dogs and horses. As a child I tamed wild kitties and taught the farm dog to pull a wagon (using a horse halter as a harness), 4-H and countless riding lessons helped shape my horse abilities. My horse experiences range from showing Arabians and all the show world entails to competing in rodeos and team ropings, as well as riding with "real" cowboys doing functional work. My dog experiences start with the trusty farm dog to working with stock dogs. As cross training for the dogs I've added agility classes to our repertoire. I'm having fun learning new things and keeping my dog's brains busy during the long cold months of winter.
