| Introduction | Visual artist, born in Athens in 1971: Studied Bsc Marketing and later on Arts in Athens, before completing BA and MA degrees at UAL – Wimbledon College of Arts and Metropolitan University. Since 2000, I’ve shown work in solo and group exhibitions across Greece and participated in international shows and film festivals from London and the Netherlands to Mexico, Sydney, Austria, and Siberia. My video work Weightlessness was broadcast by the BBC in 2000. My work has been featured in Modern Greek Art 1974–2004 (I. Kolokotroni) and International Contemporary Artists vol. XI (2016). Awards include Best Experimental Film at the 2008 Thermaikos Film Festival and the Adobe Achievement Award (Melbourne, 2004). I have also taken part in three group shows in Rhodes—photography, painting, and installation/video art—most recently in 2017, and in a digital art group exhibition in Athens in 2022. |
