| Introduction | I am fascinated by all forms of communication, written, verbal, and non-verbal -- a look shared by two people who instinctively know what the other is thinking, between a child and his or her pet or a mother and her baby. I think we're too quick to say the print versions of newspapers and books are today's dinosaurs.
