| Introduction | Hi there! Welcome to my crazy insane world of trying to heal from chronic lyme disease. After 10 years of being ill and navigating the health and wellness world through everything from insane 2,000 year-old chinese medicine men, to colonhydrotherapy (PC way of saying what it really is....shooting water up your butt to make poop come out) to hypnotherapy and woo woo cyrstal healing, I've seen it all, and I decided I want to write about it. I have a Master's Degree in Integrative Health and Medicine and am a Certified health/wellness coach and a Certified Nutrition Consultant (so you know I sometimes KINDA know what I'm talking about). I am a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fields of Celiac disease/food allergies and intolerances, detox therapy, whole foods, meditation and both Eastern and Western medicine. Now just trying to heal myself and hopefully help others along the way. |
