Introduction	I don't have a car, so I usually ride a bike wherever I go. And I wouldn't have it any other way. I also have a pug named George who's the apple of my eye. And my wife Jessie married me even though I sported a pencil mustache at the time, which really tells you all you need to know about her remarkable ability to suffer fools gladly.
Interests	Bikes and books, though I don't ride nearly as much as I'd like to, and read even less.
Favorite movies	Off the top of my head? Let's see, Buster Keaton's The General, Chungking Express/Fallen Angels, Miller's Crossing, and the last ten minutes of Fight Club.
Favorite music	I really really like the Stone Roses' first album, Tribe's 'Midnight Marauders' is dope too, and let's round out the desert island list with Joy Division's Unknown Pleasures, no wait I meant The Soft Bulletin by the Flaming Lips, but damn I forgot about...
Favorite books	The Brother's Karamazov, Infinite Jest, Jesus' Son, Immortality, Tobias Wolff's short stories, and anthologies collected by learned people with nothing to lose.
