| Introduction | I am a food enthusiast, aka foodie, epicure, gourmand. I grew up cooking, as my mom and grandmother loved cooking and my family previously owned an italian restaurant and a little fried chicken place. According to my mom, my first experience cooking was still as an infant strapped to my moms back watching with utter captivation over her shoulder (as she tells it at least). The very first job she gave me in the kitchen was smashing avocados. Something must have really stuck because to this day, guacamole is near and dear to my heart. <3 |
