About me

Introduction Hi.I am glad you came here. Whether I know you or just you happened upon my Blog because you were Googling "how to pound a slab of meat", I welcome you! My goal is to create a sort of diary that I can reflect on of the things that I have experienced that have excited me. I will candidly speak of cooking, baking, brunch, recipes, restaurants, travel, day trips, cocktails, gardening, forms of art, random anecdotes, etc. I am creating this Blog for a few reasons. First, when I get really excited about something I want to share it. I usually want to share with the people closest to me, but why not share my excitement with people that might want to learn or hear about something new? That brings me to my second reason. Happenstantial reciprocity, I may teach you something, you may teach me something. I want to going to bed every night knowing that I have tried something new, even if it is just vicariously, At least one of my senses, though most often taste, should be kissing my ass at the end of the day, thanking me for a great work out.
