| Introduction | To borrow a line from Mr. Junior Brown, I am a "Semi-Crazy" good ole boy with a whole lotta music inside wanting to come out with a rhythm that'll make old Cajuns forget they have arthritis. In 1971, halfway between Bayou Quois de Tortue and the world famous Florence Club in Gron Gueydan, LA, the world (my world at least) took a turn for the better. Tommy Kib was born. The last part of my name IS "eaux" in case you were wondering. Growing up there in Gron Gueydan (pronounced "gay-don") I was raised on good food, surrounded by good people, and swam in good music all the time. Being a real, authentic, pure blooded, and Acadien, or the more commonly recognized term Cajun! I am very proud of the heritage and all that comes with it. I will indeed do all I can to preserve and spread the Acadien culture and all of its traditions to anyone needing some spice in their life! Let me know what you think! As far as production goes... it's all ME, Moi, y YO... It'll make the credits REAL easy and cheap to print... Write, Compose, Arrange, Musicians, Producer, Recording Engineer, Mastering, Mixing, etc.. it's ALL ME.. one track at a time, SWEET Jesus!!! |
