| Introduction | Hi I`m Lissie, I was born in Cheshire and now live in Bristol. I have always loved poetry and wrote as a child. Took it back up after my husband Steve died in 2007. It was a way for helping me cope with being a widow and bringing up four children. I love to paint pictures through the use of words. Influenced by every day events and emotions, I write from the heart. I have had 10 poems published in "Women Poets of the 2014 and now working on an anthology of my own poems.
