Mabel is an advocate for good governance, education, environment, welfare of children, sustainable development, responsible journalism, and others. Mabel co-hosts a public affairs tv program with Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte called "Gikan Sa Masa, Para sa Masa" every 9am Sundays. She also has a public affairs radio program on DXAB 1296 in Davao City called "Mabel At Your Service" every 6 to 8pm Sundays. Mabel is also a member of the U.P. Rifle Pistol Team, Chairperson of Bantay Bata Davao Board of Advisors, member of the Clay Shooters Association of Davao, Secretary of the Ambassadors Club of Davao, enjoys scuba diving, reading, writing, practical shooting, sporting clay shooting,and rides a Dragstar with the Davao Agila Riders. |
