| Introduction | Removing the fear of Maths is my aim. I have expertise in the area of conventional Mathematics, Abacus, Vedic Mathematics and Intelligence and logical development for kids. The focus age group has been 8 to 15 years. I ensure that group size is restricted to 8 or 9 kids so as to have one to one interaction and individual attention. I ensure a very friendly atmosphere during my class. For the past 20 years I have been teaching Maths and I have taught Vedic Maths for the past 12 years and have got overwhelming response and kids have shown overall development, I have been focusing on building the interest in Mathematics among children in primary school and helping them overcome the fear of Mathematics. This has been done through practical methods of teaching and games which makes Mathematics a fun subject to work with. In reality children with knowledge of Vedic mathematics solve mathematical problems much faster and more precisely. Voluntary work : I have been teaching Maths to the kids at Aasraa trust (NGO) from 2009 through activity oriented methodsthrough games, various new techniques and I have been getting immense pleasure and satisfaction. |
