| Introduction | I've enjoyed Great Lakes boating and beaches for decades. I am fortunate enough to have the lake in my backyard. But public beaches are my real passion. Much can be done to improve our public beaches - even with limited government funds. The history, law and technology of the Lakes are subjects of great debate.
