Introduction	The title says it all… I am Depressed and I have extreme Anxiety. So lets skip over the classic medical symptoms/signs, I do have them and they are on full throttle. And yes, I have been diagnosed and am on medication. To be honest, one of the reasons why I started this Blog, was to combat this DAMN festering-plague of dark thoughts. And to share the few and far between moments of “clarity” that I believe I am gaining, during this battle. Hopefully, it will all make sense and possibly help you or anyone you know. I have decided that I will write whenever the situation lends itself. I am leaving the subject content up to what I like to call “D.M”. I’ll get into that later on. But if you’re wondering who I am… well, I am the youngest child of three daughters, I’m 38 and a mother of 1, semi-married, and an aunt of 5.
