While much of the information you will find on my blog is academic in nature, such as previous assignments I have completed for my MS degree in clinical psychology, other topics will appear here as well. I originally launched this blog as a way for me to put my thoughts onto "paper" so to speak. However, it has grown to encompass a variety of topics, with many focusing on mental and physical health.
