| Introduction | Jessica gives audiences an inside look at the lives and ambitions of her generation – known to researchers as “Millennials.” Her passion is bridging a new breed of “generation gap” for the cause of Christ. In addition to her work with re:Generations, Jessica directs ‘NexGen’ recruiting for Alpha Natural Resources. From establishing policies designed to attract—and retain— the next generation of leaders to visiting college campuses and implementing new technology, it’s a job that continues to fuel Jessica’s understanding of her age group. Prior to this endeavor, Jessica served as a producer and news correspondent for Family News in Focus, a radio program of Focus on the Family heard by more than two million listeners each week. Her resume also includes time as a sales representative for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and a motivational speaker for Monster. Jessica graduated from King College in Bristol, Tenn., with a degree in English and Communication. She also attended the Focus on the Family Institute after graduation. An Academic All-American volleyball player, Jessica received national sportsmanship awards and was honored among collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes. |
