| Introduction | I started juicing with a mid-seventies ACME juicer before most people ever heard of juicing. I didn’t continue juicing, but it did influence my choice to go on to college and earn a Bachelors degree in Home Economics with an emphasis in Nutrition. Not until last year, after I became very ill and developed multiple chemical sensitivity, did I start juicing again. I have slowly regained my health and hope to share what I have learned with others. I’m the owner of Simplicity By Design, a cleaning and organizing business. I will be opening my e-Commerce store, Fresh Start Juicers, in March of 2010 |
