Introduction	Been teaching Sociology at the same (small, private, Christian) college for about 25 years, so I must be content. Married. Two grown kids. Grew up in Florida but escaped to the "north" (Georgia, then Tennessee) at the first opportunity. I didn't belong in a state with a max elevation of 300'.
Interests	Outdoor stuff -- hiking, flyfishing for trout, road trips.
Favorite Movies	F. Gump, Godfather, Dances With Wolves, Shadowlands. (Not much of a movie watcher.)
Favorite Music	Indigo Girls, Jackson Browne, U2, Derek Webb, Crosby-Stills-Nash, Appalachian Spring (A Copland), Even a few Gregorian Chants.
Favorite Books	Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee, Lion Witch & Wardrobe, Overthrow, Lest Innocent Blood Be Shed, Tony Campolo, John Gierach, Howard Zinn.
