| Introduction | For more than a decade, I have worked as a Technical Writer with both commercial and government customers in the Software, Health Care, Information Technology, Legal, and Aerospace/Defense industries. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Professional Writing, and a minor in Journalism and Mass Communication. I have written many technical documents covering software, hardware, and electronic and mechanical systems. I have edited thousands of documents.
