Introduction	My name is Devon and I am completing my Masters Degree in Reading with a concentration in Language, Literacy and Culture. I attended Bridgewater State University for my undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education and Spanish with a minor in Dance. After graduating BSU, I was hired as a second grade teacher in a nearby town. Now, I find myself balancing my life as a teacher, graduate student, young adult while living a healthy balanced lifestyle. In my free time I enjoy training for obstacle course races with my gym friends. I am a fitness enthusiast and enjoy staying active. I also enjoy cooking well-balanced meals for my busy lifestyle. I also love hanging out with my two dogs, Fern and Scout (literary references), I love taking them out for long hikes with my friends. In the summertime, you can find me soaking up the sun at a beach reading, running an obstacle course race, or in an airport waiting for my next adventure to begin.
