| Introduction | I was born and raised in Columbus County, a graduate of South Columbus High School--Go Stallions! After high school, I attended Southeastern Community College and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke where I earned my undergraduate degree, and then East Carolina University where I earned my masters degree. I have had the privilege to teach at all levels (elementary, middle school and high school), which has provided me a wide array of experiences throughout my career. I also earned my principal licensure, and was a principal intern at SCHS during the 2013-14 school year. I own JP Music Studio, where I teach private piano and voice lessons. Music is my passion, and I love sharing it with others. My goal is for each of my students to leave my class with a love and passion for music, as well. |
