| Introduction | Hi, I’m Lauren! I started this blog back in 2010 when I first moved to Germany to serve at the Black Forest Academy. After a 2 year commitment turned into a decade, I realized I was hooked on expressing my thoughts this way. I hope that this blog will be a place for my thoughts to belong and that will offer encouragement and hope to others. I currently live, study, and work in the Denver area, and most of my time is dedicated to working on a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. I plan to become a Licensed Professional Counselor, working with missionaries and their families. I also know that in spite of my best laid plans, God is in control. My life has been an adventure so far, and I am eager to see what the future holds. For now, I love coffee, reading (3+ books in progress right now), spending time with friends, and being auntie to the best nephews ever. Thanks for stopping by, and may God bless you! |
