| Introduction | Hi! I am Jim Webb. I am a husband to my wife of 36 years, the father to 2 beautiful daughters and father-in-law to a great son-in-law. I am Pappy to 4 perfect grandchildren. I am passionate about helping salespeople and managers, and business owners take their production to another level and thereby raising their quality of life. I speak, teach, and work daily in the Sales and Marketing industry. I have a vast array of experience in my career in sales and business development. I have been an executive officer of a National Bank. I have produced in the top 1% for 2 different multi billion dollar insurance companies. I have led sales teams that built very successful organizations within both of these companies as well. I have spent 15 years in the retail automobile industry, functioning as a consultant, General Manager and Managing Partner. My experience, skill and success in all facets of sales and business development have assisted me in serving others in creating success both in business and life.
