Introduction	Over the past few years I've become a bit of a “foodie.” At first I was more of a restaurant foodie, but as time has passed I've begun to appreciate the satisfaction of making fresh, healthy food on my own too. I try to focus on eating fresh, local foods as much as I can. While I used to dread cooking, I now enjoy the process of food preparation, venturing to the farmers' market in search of locally grown, organic fruits and veggies, and considering how my decisions about the food I buy, prepare and eat affects me and the world around me. About Carol Corners the Market: This blog is going to be about my food experiences, including those while dining at local restaurants, shopping at Ohio farmers' markets, and cooking and eating at home. It's hard to make healthy food decisions, especially at first, so this will be a process of trial and error, and I'll share my experiences with readers as they occur. I aim to help others make healthy decisions about the food they buy and eat, as well as provide insight on healthy options at local restaurants in central Ohio. Thanks for reading!
