| Introduction | I'm 21 years old and am ready to change my lifestyle. I have finished my Psychology degree at Southern Oregon University and am back in California. If I have the determination and self control to get my degree, I should be able to lose the weight. My staring weight is 240.8 lbs and my goal weight 140 lbs.
