Introduction are the creators of "Going Down Swingin’," a jazzy new work featured in the 2007 New York Musical Theatre Festival. Variety called it “one of the festival’s most inventive musicals and one of its most successful”. Backstage called it “subtle and insightful… a thoroughly scrumptious affair,” and Broadway Bullet raved “the best show of the festival… it works perfectly.” It received the NYMF award for Best Ensemble with a cast including Tony Nominee Marla Schaffel. Their opera buffa "Don Imbroglio" (NYU, Lark Theatre) was featured in NYMF 2005, where Talkin’ Broadway said it "bursts with wit and charm" with "keening arias of Metropolitan breadth.” CurtainUp called it "consistently delightful" and Variety put it in "the festivals top tier." Other works by Hilliard and Boresi include the chamber operas The Filthy Habit (NOA Competition Finalist, OPERA America conference feature), "The Brazilian", and the puppet review "Eat Your Greens: Verdi by Vegetables". Hilliard and Boresi were featured in the York Theatre’s NEO4 concert, and have just completed a choral work commissioned by a consortium of Philadelphia’s top choirs.
