Introduction | I'm in my early 50's, have a passion for Classical Music, WAS into classic rock, but wore it out. Discovered I was gay in my early teens, and acted out in various ways that -from my observation, aren't done anymore (tearooms, adult movie theaters, truck stops, and the like), I discovered my fascination with incest fantasies, stories, and pornography when I was in my early twenties. I have never engaged in incest, and in the real world, I believe incest often leaves a trail of broken lives and many tears, etc. I have spent a lot of time feeling guilty, ashamed, humiliated for what goes on in my head. I didn't choose it. I just found out - it was like suddenly it was there, leave my own wants and desires out of it - for some unknown reason I found out that incest fantasies turned me on. I have to really stress that my family life growing up was normal. There were no improprieties. Two loving parents, siblings that I had the typical kind of relations with. I have plumbed the depths of self-analysis, I'll have more to say about that later. |
Interests | Foreign Languages, History, Reading modern political books, e.g. Fear (Bob Woodward) and Becoming (Michele Obama), World events, the middle east, my husband. Every once in a while sex desires rear their head, and then I get busy (no details). |
Favorite Movies | Dr. Zhivago, Babette's Feast, Arrival. The Sound of Music, and of course, the Wizard of Oz. And many others. Then there's the other kind of movie: Dad Gets In Trouble, Dad Goes to College, Father Figure Part 2, and many others. |
Favorite Music | Classical. I'm a big Dvorak fan, I have the scores for Serenade For Strings in E major, and Serenade for Winds in D minor. I love symphonic music of the late 18th and nineteenth centuries. Schubert, Brahms, Haydn, Schumann. And the rest of them, some more favored than others. I used to be into Classic Rock of the sixties, seventies, and eighties. I was to young to have lived through the hippie/stoner era, but I sought to recapture it by smoking pot and listening to Jimi Hendrix. Eric Clapton, Jethro Tull, Deep Purple, and others. |
Favorite Books | A trilogy by Thomas Sowell, about migrations of peoples. I can't remember the title. I used to read Tom Clancy and his ilk. I favor novels about world events, and history books written by journalists and scholars. I love books about languages, particularly Mario Pei and John McWhorter. I really am a nut about languages, having studied about twelve of them, closest to fluency in Spanish and French. |
