| Introduction | Merry Christmas Mom!!!!! I am currently serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador and have been horrible at keeping in touch with my many admirers. My mom often updates me about fellow volunteer's adventures because she loves to blog stalk my friends. It is with this in mind that I created a blog to give to my mom for Christmas with the promise that I will make a post atleast once a month.
