Introduction	Welcome to A Life Inspired – a blog co-created by sisters, Lauren Lam and Natalie Miller. We wanted to create an outlet where we could share ideas, inspirations, creations, and much more with each other and our friends and family. Through A Life Inspired we look forward to sharing with you all things that inspire us, from design, food, fashion, travel, and more. Interests	To tell you a little about who we are: Lauren works in residential interior design and resides in northern Virginia with her recently wed husband, Andrew. She loves to run and says it is her form of "therapy." She acquired the nickname "Nutella" because of her love for, well, you guessed it, Nutella...that creamy, chocolatey, mouth-watering...well, you get the idea. :) Natalie has a degree in Journalism and lives in Oregon. She speaks Spanish fluently and loves to sew and practice yoga. Together, we love to cook recipes that support a healthy lifestyle, and we love to travel and try new things.
