| Introduction | I'm a 38 year old always battled with her weight chick who finally decided enough was enough. I started the local lap band programme in mid June and was banded on September 22, 2010. Pre-surgery I lost @45lbs and I count that in my total because I truly believe the band is just one tool in the new arsenal I've been given. |
