| Introduction | Raised in rural west Georgia, blessed with memories of marvelous ancestors. Exposed to great ideas in high school and college. Pinnacle of education was a year at Yale University's Institute of Far Eastern Languages where I studied Chinese. Fair amount of travel to other areas of US, Europe and the Far East. Exposure to different kinds of people. Air Force service which included a tour in Korea. Careers in Banking and Accounting spanning nearly 40 years. Good years, marriages, children, grandchildren. Tough years I try to forget. Thank God, I committed myself to Him who is able to safeguard that which I gave him or I would have lost it in the confusion of life. |
