| Introduction | Mike and I are high school sweethearts, both from Illinois. He moved to Southern California for work when I was still in grad school. I joined him in 2008, we got married in 2009, and Wesley was born in 2010. In 2011, we moved to Michigan to build our dream home, and then we welcomed Cole in 2012.
