| Introduction | Garry & Ana are the principals and founders of Ana Parzych Custom Cakes. With her artistic background, Ana is the creative force behind Ana Parzych Custom Cakes. Her husband and business partner, Garry, an engineer by training, helps Ana bring her visions to reality, handling the trickier aspects of cake architecture and supervising the baking staff, who prepare the “canvas” for Ana’s fine art. Ana combines her two lifelong passions, baking and art, in creating her cakes. After studying graphic design and painting in college, Ana polished her baking skills while working in a French bakery in Japan, and later studying at the Culinary Institute of America. Ana has been recognized as one of the country’s top wedding cake designers by the editors of BRIDES, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, THE KNOT and many others. She's a regular contributor to major wedding publications and her work has appeared in numerous national and international lifestyle magazines, including PEOPLE, Victoria, Harper's BAZAAR, and Arabia Wedding, as well as in cake decorating magazines in the U.S., England, and Australia. Ana has also appeared on The Food Network. |
