| Introduction | I want the world to know and experience the Caribbean people, it's cuisine and the great and one of a kind culture. I am proud to be from the Caribbean, to be more specific, Trinidad and Tobago. I have been cooking from the tender age of 7 years old, over the years I have developed my own recipes, and through this blog I'll share some of my experiences with you and you can do the same, especially through food. A lot of people think Caribbean food is all about being hot and spicy, it's far from the truth, Caribbean food is flavorful and delicious more than it is peppery spicy hot. I personally prefer my food tasty over being spicy hot where I can't enjoy my meals. |
