Introduction	Hi and welcome to my blog. I decided to put all my creative ideas, patterns, and links all in one place. This will be a constant work in progress. I live in a small town in Alabama with my husband Shannon and our daughter Anna. A huge thanks to my husband for his love of my work and his support! I love to quilt and try new techniques and share those ideas with others. I have made a few of my own patterns. My love and appreciation for sewing comes from my late and beloved Grandmother, Bertha, who hand pieced and sewed her quilts out of all scraps and my dear friend, Ginger, who got me interested in sewing again a few years ago and gave me inspiration to dust off the ole' sewing machine. I love Dachshunds! I own a few show Dachshunds which I show in AKC events. Dachshunds are my favorite breed and this love goes way back into my childhood with our first Dachshund, Brownie.
