What kind of tape is best for creating a sculpture?

While the common answer is duct tape, the best kind is undoubtedly scotch. Clear scotch tape lends an opalescent quality to the sculpture, which means absolutely nothing, but will later be assessed by art critiques to have some deep philosophical and cultural meaning, regardless of original intent.
