| Introduction | Hi, my name is Carley and I am passionate about a wholefood plant based lifestyle. My family and I have been plant based for 2 years now and have seen a lot of amazing positive health changes during this time. I have always loved sharing my delicious food creations on social media and now I enjoy helping other transition to a plant based lifestyle with my private mentoring group. I aim to help others find their passion for plant based foods and realise just how easy, delicious and affordable it is to live a plant based lifestyle. I am not just a Plant Based Advocate, I am also a homeschool mum. Ella is now 10 years old and was diagnosed with Autism when she was only 2. It has been an interesting journey (lots of ups and downs) but here we are living and loving life and learning to be happy just in the moment. |
