Introduction	Hi, and welcome to The Dream Lounge. I'm Anthony (aka "Dream"), and this is my blog. It's about everything that goes on in my life, including The "21" Convention, and Dream Vitality, the current book I'm writing. I am an AFAA certified fitness instructor and teach jump rope classes regularly at the University of Central Florida. I love eating healthy, meeting new people, and doing things that scare me ;).
