| Introduction | I am a 35 year old married mom of 2. Originally from Indianapolis, IN. Moved to Henderson NV ( near Las Vegas) a few years ago. I like many of us have struggled with weight & dieting & fitness. I began seriously working out about 1 1/2 years ago.... I was interested in running... So after a friend insipired me, I tried it. HARD HARD HARD, not like your typical aerobics class that you figure out all the moves after a few tries. NOT even CLOSE!!! I am keeping at it!!!! It takes a lot of time & encouragement.. And there are a lot of good days & even more bad days. I have fallen in love with it. Crazy, I know.
