| Introduction | Des Peres Internal Medicine South is located at the intersection of Manchester and Barrett Station Roads in West St. Louis County: From I-270, take Manchester Road west about 1/2-mile. Take the Barrett Station Road exit, which veers to the right. At the first stoplight, make a left on Barrett Station Road, which takes you across Manchester. Make a left on Barrett Parkway West and another left into our parking lot. From Ellisville, take Manchester Road east, turn right on Barrett Station Road and make an immediate left on Barrett Parkway West, then turn left into our parking lot. |
