| Introduction | United Zou Organisation is the apex body of the Zou Tribe in India. Established on May 23, 1954 as Jou National Congress.It was renamed as United Manipur Jou Organization (UMJO) on May 4, 1955. It was later on rechristened as United Zomi Organization in 1960-61 session and finally changed it to United Zou Organisation. |
