| Introduction | I am a wife, step-mom and full time Photographer and Framer. I am a breeder and enthusiast of the Bergamasco Sheepdog and also make custom needle felted sculptures of pets and wildlife with dog hair and various wools. I am a lover of all things food and nature related. I love all aspects of fitness and now have joined the wonders of the Triathlon world. My husband and I consider ourselves gourmet home cooks but my roots are Sicilian and my cooking is heavily influenced by the Mediterranean region. We love to talk about food and healthy living.
