Introduction Well I have been scrapping since the nineties. I begin with Creative Memories moved on to SU and finally joined Close to My Heart in May of 2001. I tried card classes first and then scrap booking workshops and soon discovered my favorite was making paper crafts. So now I make albums to order and cards to sell as well as other paper crafts.
Interests I have branched out of my comfort into craft fairs. The first one was very successful all most nine hundred dollars. The following one were not as successful and now considering Ebay and etsy. I also post my projects here on scruffy dreams.blogspot.com. All items are for sale and most are one of a kind. I hope to publish on splitcoaster stampers and I sell items to friends. Since I am retired I have the luxury of doing this 24 seven. I also do scrapbooks for other a well as cards. I belong to a Leads group that supports women in their occupations and gives referrals to each other. Stop by anytime and feel to make comments or questions. I have goodies that I will share with those who make comments. I am also branching out in creating goals books, and scrapping through difficult therapy issues. While I am not quite at Grandma Moses age I have found my niche in my late sixties. It is never to late to begin anew. You see God isn't finished with me yet and I am greatful for this extra time.
Favorite Books Five Short Chapters by Portia Nelson I I walk down the street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk
I fall in.
I am lost ... I am helpless.
It isn't my fault.
It takes me forever to find a way out. II I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I pretend I don't see it.
I fall in again.
I can't believe I am in the same place
but, it isn't my fault.
It still takes a long time to get out. III I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I see it is there.
I still fall in ... it's a habit.
my eyes are open
I know where I am.
It is my fault.
I get out immediately. IV I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it. V I walk down another street.
