| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! My passion for art began in college with a basic design class that turned into a life long journey. My first career after graduating was as a graphic designer. Then I became a production designer for movies, television and commercials and had so much fun designing everything from retro kitchens for Kellogg's, spooky graveyards for Spielberg's Amazing Stories, a Hawaiian village for McDonalds and a circus big top painted like an American flag for Clint Eastwood to name a few. I am also a published children's illustrator with 8 books under my belt and years of published illustrations in magazines including Highlights High Five. These days you can also find me either outdoors painting landscapes or figure drawing in the studio. |
