| Introduction | I am an every day, fairly average woman. Although I am at heart a peacemaker, I can be stubborn, even unreasonable (gasp!) at times. Loyal to a fault. Opinionated, but willing to listen to both sides and reevaluate my view. Discovering that the older I get, the less I know. Struggling with weight (but then, what's new?). Married to my soul mate (yes, it sounds cheesy, but what can I say? It's true). Mama to two fur babies, one canine, one feline. It is absolutely impossible for me to listen to the radio without singing along, and a good book can totally consume me. Sort of the "girl next door" all grown up. |
| Interests | Reading, watching scary movies, listening to 40's music (I know ... I was born in the wrong generation), entertaining, cooking, spending time with my husband and fur babies, and relaxing at home (I am the ultimate homebody). |
| Favorite music | Big Bands, 40's and early 50's music, Ella Fitzgerald, a lot of the "crooners", Journey, Huey Lewis, Bette Midler, Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons," Stevie Wonder, Lou Rawls, Anita Baker, James Taylor ... just to name a few. There's lots more. |
