Introduction	Paul is a former industrial arts teacher in California who left to teach street boys vocational education in the Philippines in 1981. He loved teaching kids who WANTED to learn! Patty has a BA in CE and earned her PhT "putting hubby, Paul, through" 2 years of his education! She taught Child Evangelism in the US and Paul's students how to teach Bible to children and home-schooled their own in the Philippines. In 1988 they moved to Human Resources. In 1995 they began to teach pastors around the Philippines basic counseling using what they already had - their Bibles. Today the pastors come weekly to their home in Manila from as far as Bataan and northern Tarlac. They are members of Action International Ministries since 1980.
