Introduction	I'm a food finder and writer for Zingerman's: it's my job to taste a lot of foods, to learn about them, and to tell their stories. At the end of March, I moved out of my apartment to spend four months of living abroad, mostly in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Denmark. This blog is a record of things I saw, things I learned, and things I ate on that journey. Formerly, this blog has also been home to a record of time I have spent living and traveling in France and Italy. Thanks for coming with me along the way!
