Introduction	I'm in my late 20s, my friends all call me "Leish" and I love to run. Ok, ok - more detail? I use to be a running instructor until I was injured in January 2011, after this little incident I got the opportunity of a lifetime and moved to Peru for a while. Well, now that I'm back in Canada I've laced up my running shoes, charged my bloggie camcorder and ipod and am ready to relay all my wisdom, humor and contagious good mood to you, the reader! I've fallen off and jumped back on the band wagon more times than you can imagine, and can appreciate the struggle the every day person goes through and hopefully my journey works to motivate others along the way!
Interests	Running (obviously)! yoga, photography, reading, travelling, skiing, fashion, and eating.
Favorite music	Pretty much anything except Country and Jazz.
Favorite books	The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, The Giver, The Hot Zone, The Alchemist, Collapse.
