Introduction	If you have ever driven down Valley Boulevard looking for a place to eat, you have probably wondered what the difference is between a planet of noodles and a city of noodles and if okay and wonderful cafes are accurately named. I started this blog to answer these questions after spending countless hours searching for the best eating spots in the area. About myself: I am an Alhambra native and a recent graduate from Whitman College in lovely Walla Walla, WA-- a place that has made me truly appreciate taco trucks.
