| Introduction | Firstly, let me introduce myself, I am steve. My first model kit was a ocean liner, it was a failure due to lack of materials and supplies. I gave myself another chance, after a few months, I managed to complete my 1/350 RMS Titanic. I like it so much! Its still in my room, displayed in its waterline version. It's entire vessel was hand painted. I started getting better tools and materials from all places, even some natural materials like sand and tree branches (according to scale). My experience in architectural modeling which mostly uses different kinds of materials. This is where I learned about bonding, sticking etc. I kept them hands free location, well protected. Failures, reworks, touch-up jobs, warping, all this problems sometimes can't be expected after period of times, it has happened to me countless time. I am taking my modeling profession SERIOUSLY , and I want to focus it with all my might". Not many can comprehend. Some treat modeling as kid's stuff which really disappoint me, they NEVER understand the process in modeling, the time and effort to build up a piece of craft. Since 2003, this beloved hobby has been a part of me and it always will. |
